The zombie-infested TV show features mainly the characters’ struggle for survival. Surprisingly, fans are also interested on who will be hooking up amidst theirs battles against the undead. Celeb Dirty Laundry piqued the interest of many fans and dished out some of the possible couple pairings next season, including Carol and Tyresse.
According to the website, although it may seem odd that romance will spring between the two, it is possible and their previous interaction hints that they may be going for that road. Although Carol murdered his former love, she has been honest to Tyresse about it, and the two seem to have a “family-like relationship” going on. The report also mentions possible hookups between Michonne and Daryl, and between Rosita and Rick.
Meanwhile, AMC released two trailer videos for “The Walking Dead” season 5. One shows Rick Grimes in the woods shouting, “It’s not over till they’re all dead. They don’t get to live.” This trailer also shows Maggie Greene and Carol Peletier fighting walkers in the woods. In the other teaser trailer of the upcoming season, Gareth and his goons appear to torture Rick, Daryl and Glenn in Terminus.
Latest spoilers of “The Walking Dead” season 5 claim that The Governor is set to reappear next season, with a possibility that he will come back as a zombie. Moreover, other characters that are expected to come back include Beth Greene after she was kidnapped by unknown men, and the Broadcasting Woman as a zombie.
The fifth season of the zombie apocalypse series is reported to be full of deaths, which is nothing new for the fans, although AMC has not confirmed which characters will exit the series next season. The cast and crew are reportedly wrapping up filming in Atlanta. “The Walking Dead” season 5 will be back on air on Oct. 12, 9 p.m. on AMC.
AMC has been releasing new photos for The Walking Dead Season 5 across various websites, and we’ve complied them together all in one place for easy viewing. The first photo comes via Entertainment Weekly, and it features Daryl Dixon peering through plastic (maybe the type you find hanging down in a slaughter house). Dixon has his crossbow drawn, so he looks like he is expecting trouble.
The second photo comes via IGN, and it features Tyreese and Sasha, who appear to be on the lookout for trouble. Tyreese has a pair of binoculars and Sasha has a rifle in hand. At least, they have been reunited, which is a good sign.
The bond between Carol and Daryl has turned out to be one of the most unexpected joys of “The Walking Dead,” at least given that we never anticipated the two characters having this great dynamic, and they’ve turned out to be one of the best parts of the entire series.
Unfortunately, it’s been a long time since we’ve seen the two characters together now, given that Carol’s banishment by Rick happened in the first handful of weeks into season 4, and the two did not run into each other while on the road. Carol is still out there with Tyreese, trying to work her way back to Terminus.
When the two characters do run into each other once again, the one thing that you should expect is for their history together, and what happened with the banishment. Per showrunner Scott M. Gimple’s interview with TVLine, both Rick’s move and Daryl’s reaction to it “does have weight” on the story still, and “will be felt throughout the season … It’s part of their history. And they haven’t seen each other since it’s happened. So there will be a catching up to that fact.”
Hopefully, whatever happens between the two will not upset the apple cart that is their relationship too much, since their rapport cannot really be replicated at all. Unfortunately, those wanting a romance may still be waiting for a little while. Based on Gimple’s response to the whole “is Daryl gay?” speculation, it doesn’t sound like the show is looking to explore a physical relationship for the character in the near future.
Still, are you looking forward to actually seeing Daryl and Carol on the screen together at the same time again?
So it is now time to sadly say goodbye to season 4 and eagerly get ready to greet season 5. I think I have put together a decent compilation of quality videos to represent both the above mentioned seasons. I hope you both approve of my choices and enjoy them as a fair salute to the wonderful ground breaking series that is The Walking Dead!

‘The Walking Dead’ Season 5 Spoilers: Executive Producer Says Fans Are Going To Be ‘Very Much Invested’ & ‘Ready For The Ride’ [VIDEO]
It’s almost time to get back into the zombie-obsessed horror show that should have everyone satisfied right when the Season 5 premiere of The Walking Dead begins.
On Tuesday, Entertainment Weekly posted an interview with the cast and crew members of the show who will also be on the magazine’s cover. As everyone is raving about what’s going to happen next, it turns out that the answers will not be revealed in a slow, painful manner; viewers will know what’s going on pretty immediately, but naturally more questions will come along.
“By minute two or three of our season premiere, I think the vast majority of our questions have been answered,” executive producer Robert Kirkman said. “And five or six more have been presented, so you’re very much going to be invested, well-informed, and ready for the ride that we’re going to take you on.”
More information should be released soon since the magazine has several different covers that feature random cast members holding weapons. One of them includes Daryl with different shades of himself linger behind. Another shows Michonne holding a long sword and striking an action-packed pose. Rick also throws a punch as his fist is covered in blood.
According to the covers, there will be “new characters,” “freakier zombies” and the possibility of more kissing. That could be a reference towards a number of characters, but there are less than two months for fans to keep waiting in anticipation.
The Walking Dead Season 5 premieres on Sunday, October 12 on AMC.
