‘The Walking Dead’ Season 5 Spoilers: Will Daryl Die In Midseason Finale? New Teaser Trailer Release Date Hints MAJOR Details, Stunt-Heavy Premiere Episode #TheWalkingDead #TWDUpdate

(Photo : Facebook) Could there be a chance that Daryl Dixon dies in “The Walking Dead” season 5 midseason finale, or before then? Fans will be really mad if that happened as new spoilers emerge for the highly anticipated AMC new season of the popular TV show.

A new teaser trailer emerged for “The Walking Dead” season 5 as other details are revealed for the midseason finale release date and all the stunts on set.

All the spoilers coming out about the next new season of “TWD” seems to suggest that there will be some major character deaths and a lot of action on Rick Grimes‘ part to save him and his family/friends from Terminus.

We can only imagine what cliffhanger series and comic book creator Robert Kirkman and showrunner Scott Gimple have in store for the midseason finale.

But when is the midseason finale?

According to Wetpaint, season 5 will run uninterrupted in two eight-episode halves starting Oct. 12.

If the episodes run smoothly, that would mean that episode 8, the midseason finale, wil air on Nov. 30.

“For some additional context, remember that TWD Season 4 kicked off on October 13, 2013 and the midseason finale aired on December 1,” Wetpaint added.

Executive producer Gale Anne Hurd recently dished about the structure this year of the season.

“We always have one sort of overarching arc, but there are distinct natural ends to particular arcs that fall during the midseason finale and pick up again in the midseason premiere,” Hurd said.

In the new teaser trailer, there’s glimpses of Daryl Dixon and gas masks.

There were several teaes and hints that Daryl may die in season 5, but fans definitely don’t want to hear any of that and hope that it’s just rumors Norman Reedus will eventually leave the show because his beloved character dies.

In other news, “TWD” stunt coordinator Monty Simons told AMC about what to expect in season 5: “I jumped in feet first on the premiere. It’s probably one of the biggest stunt-heavy episodes ever filmed. I didn’t have a whole lot of time to sit around and think about how to properly get into gear. We had to hit this gear immediately.”

“The Walking Dead” season 5 premieres on Oct. 12 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
